Hash is invalid?

hey guys, i am trying to return to the game afteer getting my pc fixed.. only to find i cant log in because wrong pass (weird right?) so i go to forget password input my email and click send.. i receive the email but when i click on the link in the email to change it, i always get thisd same red box saying Hash is invalid... ? so i cant change my password nor access the game? anybody can help me? thanks :D

i am having the same issue. I had started playing this game a while ago. Just came back, and tried using my login info and it says error in game and on website. When i try to change password it sends me an email, then i click on that and it takes me to a page that does nothing. Ive even tried creating a new profile and its not working. Almost ready to give up.

Please file a ticket with Customer Support and they can reset the password for you.
