Where is Isyeh Grass

I received a colletion quest from Fern Wells in Varanas West near the Carpentry tools to collect an herb called Isyeh Grass. When I click on "Isyeh Grass" it says it is worth 28 gold which is a little more than the highest level grass - Thunderhoof. Is this even in the game yet?

I've never heard of it, so unless it's a special mat specifically from the event, it is not in game yet.

its the new gathering herb taht will be introduced in the near future when lvl cap raised at 82 with new maps etc
