Armor package from Biang

I am presently leveling a character whose primary and second class are 55+. I did not get the armor package from Biang Fenren, but when I go to him he has nothing. Is there a pre-quest for this package? Thanks in advance

The "Order of Dark Glory Gift" comes from a quest given by Biang Fenren. It's entirely possible that you already completed the quest whilst working through Weeping Coast.

I've received the quest/armor on character's in the past which have done next to no quests so there is/was no unlock criteria. There's also an NPC in Thunderhoof, on the path upto Herbalist Camp who will give you a set of level 55 armor/weapons.

Yes, as far as I am concerned there is no requesite/prerequisite to obtain the weapon/armour package. Perhaps you dropped the bag thinking it was useless while questing..lol. If it helps, as Arkana said, the level 55 set weapons/armor is in Dalanis.

Some people get the lvl 50 equipment bag quest, some don't. I do not think it is automatic that that quest appears, there is probably some prereq.

I just leveled an alt through means other than questing. When the toon hit 50/50 the first thing I did was run to Weeping Coast and talk to Biang. I did zero quests and this quest was available.
