First, check your Region/Language settings.
If you registered to play on the US servers, you must select USA as the Region; if you registered to play on the EU servers, your region should be set to Europe.
Check your account verification email & the web address the confirmation link that the email goes to:
- if it says
www.runesofmagic.com in the link, then you are registered to play on the Europe servers;
- if it says us.runesofmagic.com in the link, then you are registered to play on the US servers;
- if it says au.runesofmagic.com in the link, then you are registered to play on the Australian server.
Please adjust your Region setting accordingly or re-register on the appropriate site.
