available quests

the quest section gives an option to check for available quests. This is usually helpful in case you missed a quest. The problem I am having with this is that it's not showing me the quests I need o complete. They usually show dailies and all sorts of things other then main quest lines. I spend all day going to each one of these npc's only to find quests that were left behind due to difficulty(dungeons/world bosses). If I am missing a quest it should be in this section and more so should be shown on my map with a yellow quest marker. None of this is this case. I shouldn't have to heck my titles section in order to figure out I am missing a main quest line.

Your map might have low-level quests turned off and if you are a certain number of levels (6?) higher than the quest the marker would show for, you won't me able to see it above the NPC's head. You can still get the quest from the NPC though.
