osha down

could someone please tell me when the osha server will be up and running again. this is my only source of entertainment while im stuck in bed for the next few weeks. so please let me know when its gonna be up and going again and why its down in the first place. i know that updates are needed to be done but does it seriously have to be down all day for all that stuff to happen. oh and when is the next chapter coming out i was really hoping to get some new classes or something. oh and one more thing sry im not trying to ask to many questions but what all is being included in the update and are the osha users going to get some kind of compincation for having to wait all day to be getting back on i had some stuff that i had limited time on i cant remember if it expired today if so will i be paid back for it?

Hiya

Sorry to hear about you being laid up in bed.
Osha had issues immediately following the patch. These comprised of not being able to use Snoop, not able to exit house, mounts not working and so on...
Therefore, it was reported and they tried a simple restart. That didn't work, so they had to take it down until they figure out the problem.
I believe same went for Govinda.
Honestly, I have no idea on an ETA for them coming back online, but they do know.

Concerning compensation. All I know is what was posted yesterday about Login Issues.
As far as limited time items expiring during downtime, that is something you would need to take up with support.

if you end up finding out when its going to be back online would you be able to let me know cuz i really want to get back to working on my prophet.

what was posted yesturday about compensation?

I will be around most of the day and will be sure to let everyone know when Osha and Govinda come back online. :)

As for the compensation, not sure what it will be, but if you click the link in my previous post you can read what Mika stated.
That is all I know concerning that.

Really? is compensation for all servers, or just Osha and Govinda? I ask because Artemis was down for an extended period of time not too long ago and there was never any compensation and, we still have only one channel..

I do not know anything about the compensation.
As far as the servers, I personally checked both Osha and Govinda and I can report that they are up and running.
