Champion Shield Form

Hello everyone,
I have questions regarding the SHield Form skill for Champions. Both my classes have reached 20, and I'm trying to get my Elite Skills, but the trainer won't let me get them until I get Shield Form. However, it looks like I cannot obtain it. I asked around and was told to see the Rune Craftmen instructor in the Dwarves city, but he doesn't offer anything to me. So I can't obtain Shield Form nor any Elite skill. Is there anything I can do?

Hello you need to go to Morfantas City in Yrvandis. There near some robots you should see an npc, talk to him nad he will give you a quest. If you did the quest, still talk to him and you should be able to have shield form. Good Luck

NPC Logden Darkstove.

I believe you must have completed the quests that lead up to him in order to get the skill but i'm not entirely sure if that was changed later so that you might be more or less automatically able to acquire the skill when you have level16+
