Runes of magic website

I tried logging into the new RoM website and it said "Login Failed". Can anyone try/confirm if the website is down? Or is it just me?

Make sure you are trying the US page. For some reason when I go to the website, it directs me to the EN(European) side. I think other people have had problems with this too so make sure to read the forums.
