Latest Server Maintenance Patch/Update?

Hey I was just wondering what was added or taken away after regular server maintenance. Seemed to be a pretty decent size download after maintenance. I didn't notice anything different in game?

I'm assuming you're talking about this maint: Server Maintenance, 15th of October

According to Saito: Today's patch 6.0.2.2664.en is a minor update which contains mostly internal fixes, therefore no patch notes are available for this patch

I reckon it's fairly safe to assume that the Italian Localisation was also added to the client since the IT server was launched a few days ago. But I'm just guessing...
