This is not completely new as the same request appeared about 2 years ago from Frogster. However, this is the first time we see it under Gameforge management & the same will appear on other communities.

And let me just add that noone will be promoted to GM right after interview.
First you will have to work as Forum mentor for some time.
Only after that, you might be offered to work as GM.

Current team has my full trust and I can promote any of them to GMs without thinking. Why? Coz I trust them.

Mika me doth surely appreciate yer position concernin GMs bein forum mods first, ter establish relationship an trust. Me really do. However, me would suggest this ter yer. A GM doth do a different job than a forum mod. Someone who be a forum mod might no be good as a GM, an vice versa. Me tis lookin forward ter new GMs So excitin!

mentor I know is unpaid, would GM be unpaid? Also would you even take people that live in the USA to be a GM? I mean then they wouldn't be in Germany, unless they had to move... which I doubt you would pay for. Just kinda curious, cause I know a lot of people would love to be a GM, myself included. Even though I would be greatly hated I think.....
