Item Set Skill

How do you use an item set skill? I just extracted Stone Scale Blade but I dont have the skill available. The game reported I successfully extracted it and the pieces are now listed as item set skill extracted. I am a mage (primary) with high enough level but still no skill available to cast. What am I missing :dash:

first, go to the gear at the bottom next to your backpack.

next, select "item set skills" from the menu.

on the left, find the tab labeled "mage", and select the skill(stone scale blade in this case), and drag it to an empty spot on the circle on the right.

then, from the circle, you can now drag the skill to your action bar, and use it like a regular skill.
