Centaur's Arrow vs Valiant Shot

New player here. I am noticing that centaur's arrow hits for as much and sometimes more damage than valiant shot. According to the description valiant shot should hit for more damage than centaur's arrow. I have both skills are at the same level. Is this a bug or something else? Any guidance would be much appreciated.

EDIT: I know nothing about wardens and should not attempt posting about them.

Unfortunately, the correct answer is the one that doesn't make sense -- there is no logical reason for the difference in skill, with the exception of "there's something wrong in the game code" in regards to Valiant shot.

A little bit of extra info, Valiant shot also has a higher frequency being "dodged" by enemies compared to centaur's arrow. I advise not using putting it on auto-cast, instead only using it every 25s, or not at all.

You can, however, use valiant shot to increase your attack power and then resummon a centaur. This new centaur will be stronger then the previous one due to more attack, but again, aside from the attack boost the skill is not worth using imo.

Thanks for the advice. I guess I wont put anymore tp into Valiant Shot and just focus on Centaur's Arrow instead.

Also something I don't recommend doing actually. The damage increase from levelling the pet skills is very very small. Unless there's an added effect from levelling the skills that I am unaware of, getting them any higher then 60 is a waste of tp (except for perhaps the spirit of the oak skill Punch for the debuff % increase) unless you have like 300m+ and can't spend it all on the warden tabs.
