About the Christmas Quiz

No clue where to ask this so i just decided this was the place.

I finished the christmas riddle and it said to send my answer or answers here eventmanager@runesofmagic.com . well i tried that and it didn't work. so what can i do now? *sad face*

I believe I can add the explanation we seek:
The mails sent to the email address are forwarded to others in the Community Management teams. One of the 'others' either has a typo in their email address or has left and the email is shutdown since the forwarding was last set up.
Thus, the bounce-back.
Your entry should have reached the necessary eyes, but I will forward this so that the error can be fixed, likely on MOnday.

@ refugee - What was said above is... It is a group email address that redirects to several people, the error is occurring because 1 of the emails is incorrect, however the rest of the group emails are being redirected as they are supposed to be...

Remember... Even if you get the error, do not worry, your email still reached several other people...
