Lol I've tried changing to every region and the log in on the website requires email address amd password so I use my email and the password that was sent to me by the gameforge password reset link.. still nothing its as if they give me a bad password lol
After reading all the common suggestions and your situation isn't yet resolved, there is one more to idea...
Seeing you are trying to access the website with your account information and are not succeeding, I think I have narrowed down your issue.
In the old days, it was allowed to have more than one account associated with just one email address. Those days have changed.
You are now required to have separate email addresses for 'each' account and if you don't, it will block you from accessing the website even if the credentials you type are correct.
If the above in
bold is indeed the case, it can be rectified by putting in a ticket to
Support.
When going to the support site, register an account using the email address you have linked to your main account and explain to them your situation in detail.
Also, if you know how many accounts are tied to the same email address, create separate email address for the other accounts and provide that information as well.
Hopefully all will be sorted soon and you will get back to enjoying the game.
