Mouse/Camera Sensitivity?

I recently re-downloaded the game because I really enjoyed it but having played other MMOs that have some camera control options or mouse sensitivity, the game feels extremely stiff as if I'm playing with carpal - tunnel syndrome. The camera/mouse sensitivity when moving my screen by holding right click is extremely slow to what I'm used to and I'm wondering if there is any way to help that. I haven't seen anything related to this and there seems to be no options to fix this.
Can anyone help me?

Since there's nothing in the in-game settings to alter the pointing device speed, doing so will depend on the device you're using.

Many 3rd-party (aftermarket) mice and trackballs come with utilities that allow you to change the default device settings. And there should be something in Windows that allows the same thing. If you're using the device that came with your computer or a notebook with a trackpad, take a look in the Windows Control Panel. There should be an applet there which will allow you to change the pointer and/or mouse/trackball speeds. Don't go crazy and set them to the absolute fastest speeds--you'll find your pointer flying all over the screen and your toon's movements almost uncontrollable. :D

Ignoring Yrcanos for the moment...

Control Panel (View by: Large Icons) --> Keyboard applet. You can change the global typematic settings from there. Beware, since it's a global change and not limited solely to RoM.

If Control Panel is set to the default "View By: Category"...

Ease of Access --> Ease of Access Center --> Make the Keyboard Easier to Use --> Keyboard Settings

Either way, if you already have the Repeat Delay and Repeat Rate sliders set all the way to the right "Short" and "Fast", respectively, there's nothing more to be done.
