Can not enter the website or support section.

I have an old account, from the time when frogster was the provider.
I can get into the game, but I can not enter on the website or support with the same password.
I've tried to contact the support by email, but I got no reply.
I would like to return to play and buy diamonds, but I can't, since I can't use the password.

Hiya

First thing to try is check to be sure you are on the US website. Then try to login using your account email address and ingame password.
See if that works first.

Other than the above, I am going assume by what you have posted, is that you have more than one email address associated with your game accounts. This will be the issue you are having with logging on the website. As the new policy is you can only have one email address per account.

To rectify this you need set up a new support account. Reason for having to set a NEW support account up is that the US Support portal has changed and you will be required to register a new one.
When doing so, be sure to use the same email address (one you know is associated with your main account).

Then wait for a reply and follow support's directions to get you sorted.

I only have an email associated with that account. At the time I made the account, first of all, I did on the European server. Then I made another account with the same email on the American server.
It used to work normally. I only changed the settings of the website to the server I wanted to access my account and voila, it worked.
Now, the website does not accept my password to any server.
When I try to reset my password, I get two emails. One in German and one in English, as if I had registered on both servers.
I try to access the support area with the password provided and says that the login is invalid.
I would like to associate my email only with the American server because that's where my character is and play again.
I can't do it since the website is not accepting any password provided.

You have been gone quite awhile. Back in the day, it was possible (and acceptable) to 1.) associate up to five forum and game accounts with a single email address and 2.) associate forum/game accounts on the US and EU websites sites using a single email address.

Those days are long gone. The email address you used is apparently now linked to your EU forum account. You cannot use it for your old, existing US forum account, nor can you use it to create a new forum account, period. You can still log in on your US game account, though.

If you want to be able to access your original US forum account--which you will need if you wish to purchase diamonds for your existing game account--you will need to contact the US Support team and explain your issue. Give them as detailed an explanation as you can. This should include describing not just the situation as it stands, but the history of your accounts on both the US and EU websites, and that you used a single email account with which to register both forum accounts. You will need to supply Support with the name of your old US forum/game account and the server you played on most often (main character server).

I would recommend creating a new email account (Gmail is fine) and make that address available to Support so they can associate the old US forum/game account to the new email account. In fact, I'd recommend that you use the new email account as the one which will be associated with your US Support account.

It might take some time to get this straightened out. After all, we're rapidly approaching both Christmas and New Year's, and people will be on vacation or taking leaves because of it. Not to mention (yes, I just did) that there will likely be several email exchanges between US Support and yourself. But once the process as started, monitor that email account and respond with whatever information Support asks for.

Thank you for posting this Kalvan, I have had a few accounts I have been trying to get all the emails/etc taken care of, so off to the support site I go. I didn't know how to do it at first, but now I see I should do it from my main one. ty :)
