Frogster Gamecard

So I have this $25 gamecard for RoM, and I cant redeem it. Is there something im missing, or are these not valid anymore?

Frogster is no longer the publisher. For the last 2 years that burden has fell on Gameforge. I would recommend to contact support with the code and maybe they can activate it manually for you or exchange for a newer code.
