Debuffs on bosses

Are there any debuffs for boss burns available on Warriors, Wardens, Champions, warlocks and Rogues? I read through Raves and cammo's list of boss burn debuffs:

Spoiler Spoiler

Morale Boost (wd/s)
Snipe 2% phys dmg taken effect (s/wd),
Sapping Arrow/exploiting shot (s/r, or druid seeds instead of sapping),
Elemental Weakness (mage),
target lock 10% phys dmg increase (s/w),
Elemental Extraction (m/wl) decreases mdef/def of the boss by 30% for 10 seconds.
Authoritative Deterrence (k/w) Increases all damage on the target by 41.9% for 10 seconds (bring an ungeared one for this if you have to)


And none of the buffs seems to come from any of those classes. :S

r/d gets a 10% pdef reduction as well as a 20% attack and casting speed reduction
r/p gets a movement speed reduction as well as an attack speed(casting?) reduction
my r/p can outdps r/m. your name is stupid.

mages should stack dex. word.

Not that it does much, but Warlocks have Saces' Cracking Spell.Also, don't forget about siege titles that help and are not necessarily class specific.

Champions get Heavy Bash, reduces pdef/pattack by 6% (with all 3 stacks)
Knights have disarmament, which stacks higher and goes to 12% with 4 stacks.
Druids have their weakening/withering seeds.
Rogue/champs have traps that reduce defenses.
However a lot of these things do not stack. and will override.
A real sysadmin knows how to change the time.
If you make the same mistake while trying to make up for the previous one, you are doing something wrong.

As much as I'd love to say I offer consulting services, the scope of things broken is too large.

dont for get siege titles:

FT, SA for both groups
tac smash and midnight ritual

surge of awareness
EoM from m/p
the s/m has an "amp + EoM" type buff for party when use combo shot for 10secs

...just to name a few...

edit to OP: the s/wd debuff cuased by snipe is 10% for 10secs at lvl 50

If you're looking specifically for debuffs...

w/r -- splitting chop, 12% pdef reduction
w/k -- 2 different crit resist debuffs

Warlock (general) -- weakened increases 3% dark damage recieved
warlock/m -- sace's crackling spell, large crit resist debuff
-- Soul Brand Sting, 9% recieved fire and dark dmg per stack, stacks to 4



I think most "debuffs" used in current groups are m/wl, wl/m, k/w, and occassionally s/r. Since r/m are so powerful, it seems like most "end game" groups take r/m dps over X/Y debuff.

What about you guys at Deadly? Which debuff combos did you guys prefer when first clearing Beth-H?

For siege titles, does tactical smash stack with Midnight Ritual?

While my WL/R alt is not geared to be instance runner, I always found Soul Poisoned Fang elite to be surprisingly effective in increasing my DPS
-- Rustyx --- 92R / 92S / 92M on Reni (Guild KnightShift). Yes, running the new FOTM R/M, cause I am not elf enough to be WD/S.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.

Back when we first cleared Deadly we had me on Wl/M and a M/WL for boss debuffs. Keep in mind that we are a heavy magic guild with War/Mages and not as many R/M as others. So the Wl/M fire/dark damage buffs really benefited our guild. Lock general skill warp charge can do wonders on War/Mages in party as well.

When we first cleared, and even now, our beth-h groups were something along the lines of:

1 wl/m
1 m/wl
2-4 w/m
0-2 r/m
0-1 k/w
0-1 wd/w
0-3 wd/s
0-3 druids (d/w d/wd mix)
0-1 p/k
person using tactical smash, person using midnight ritual, druid using seed debuffs.

The w/m and wardens do most of the dps during burns, but the on longer fights (5th boss for example) the wl/m was usually top damage.

Now we sometimes have some m/wd, m/p and p/m as well. That mp regen is epic for wd/w....We'd also occassionally have a d/r but they have since stopped playing. We used to have 1 group tambo/lute and a second tambo/guitar, allowing the m/wl and wl/m to get their debuffs up quicker, but that happens less often since they're all lazy and don't make their own instruments.

In the case we didn't have a k/w tanking, a wd/w would tank bosses in almost full dps gear for burns. When a k/w was present, we usually had at least 1 wd/s and usually a wd/w (wd/w was dps on boss fights cuz its not only high damage output but can also lower aggro of the staff wearing w/m ).

As already stated, tactical smash and midnight ritual do indeed work together, Druid seed buffs and disarmament do not. S/r sapping arrow overrides both disarmament and druid pdef seed, but does work along the druid mdef seed.

That list looks a lot more manageable, I don't think there'd be enough Scouts on the entire server for Raves' list lol.

Does Wd/S Morale Boost stack with D/Wd Mysterious Grace?

Yes it does.

In fact, all of the following party-damage increasing abilities stack:
wd/s morale boost
c/p Suicide Advance
k/p Holy Illumination
warlock Surge of Awareness
warlock Otherworldly Whisper


While c/p and k/p may not be ideal for instances in some groups, on world bosses where there are no player limits, you can have a party consisting of 1 dps and 5 "buff" characters to make that 1 person do 5m dps :)

Stacking on top of these are player only damage increases, such as
warrior berserk
warrior frenzy
warden power of the oak
wd/w Feral Leader

etc etc.

Forgot about warden Item Set Skill "Dance of confusion": +3% physical dmg recieved to all targets near Oak walker. The buff lasts for 30s on the oak walker and the debuff will then last for the duration the monster/boss is near the oak walker, while the 30s buff is in effect
