i can not open the rom client

i dont know if its happened to anyone else but, today after my 8pm est around half way in siege my client froze and it ended up kicking me to the log in screen and i closed the client and tried to reopen a new one but it would not open at all, i still cant open my game client and im not the only one in Heavensfury that cannot log on, im wondering if anyone else is having this problem and can't open rom client up at all? i tried rebooting my computer and reseting my modem but, it seemed to work but as soon as i got to the log in screen and typed my info to log on, my whole client froze again and i had to force close it since it would not close on my screen, i rised and repeated and still nothing.

yes, i have tried almost everything i can do but the client will not open. if its an area issue, im southern california and i know a couple of people in cali that are having the issue im having
