You can redeem those on the diamond recharge page if it's diamond or "money" coupons, if it's item codes you can redeem them in the account management tab on the main website.

The only payment options I see under the diamond recharge page are PayPal, Credit Card, Moneybrookers and Ultimate Game Card

it's down at the very bottom the the recharge dias window...took a while for me to find it myself, especially since i was trying to recharge to palenque and everything was in spanish lol...
