How do you obtain a third class?

so im browsing RoM fansites, and I keep hearing talk of obtaining a third class. I guess this was part of an update in 2011. Anyway, I haven't played RoM in a long time and was still newbish when I stopped. However I am back, and want to figure out how I can get my lvl 40 mage/25 Druid a third class? I am supposed to be lvl 20 in both classes right? but everytime I go to the class hall in Silverspring it won't let me pick a 3rd class, nor do I have some sort of teleport to some place called "Coast of Opportunity" plz help thanks

After you get your toon to what i think is 20/20 you can go to the eye of wisdom hall and you can get the option to pick a third class

Ah ok, Johnny Dutin in Eye of wisdom starts a quest where u have to promise yourself to his order or something....3rd class attained..thanks
