Umm are you sure there is no other quests around? Remember that somewhere around this point both, the Toni and the Morrok quest line, merge as 1. Make sure that you do not have any other Morrok/Kargath Duran quests around. Another explanation, although highly unlikely, will be the level. What level are you? You need to be at least two levels below the quest in order for it to appear. It is possible that you used some quests to level the secondary and now are short on the required to level to continue.

When the line merges, the group of Morrok friends stands right outside Shattered Hand compound, along the mountain, toward Oasis. Jill should be there, Kargath, Morrok, Loeb, and I think Ike Mania as well. Toward end of the line, Firefly takes over rulership. Sounds like you reached it, because you have Shaquapuh's instructions and Firefly is in charge. You are correct that the rest of quests that are instance focused are not your questline.

I would go and download addon such as QuestState and start checking the quest in questline one by one (there is listing on guides forum) until you find it. Magical Reconstruction is the line that you want to start.

from what i can recall... it's Jill that you need to talk to in order to be sent to LoM. Not sure if that helps you at all though.

Where did you leave off with Morrok Wallinder? Do you recall the last quest you got from him?

I completed the last available quest which leaves you standing in Limo with "Shaquapuh's instructions" surrounded by Toni, and some other Limo people. Firefly is now the ruler. I am worried that I threw away a key quest item and now can't unlock the next quest in the line. Is it permanently broken?

Did you start/complete the quest in the Dalanis Sewers relating to the sewer pipes? I think a lot of people get stuck there. Do you remember the last quest you did in the Morrok questline? Since he's still sitting in Thunderhoof Hills, there's something there that you have not completed. Where in Thunderhoof Hills is Morrok parked?

Check your titles(under quest and thunderhoof hills) to see which quest it is that you are at for the Morrok side of the of the quest line. The only item you need for the morrok line is the lily flower in the logger camp, which you get from a previous quest. This issue with players discarding it(and thus not being able to continue the quest chain) was patched some time ago. But it still may be bugged for you and require a GM to send you the quest item, so you can continue.

If this is not where it is stuck, check your titles. Look for ones that are missing and expand them to see the quest needed. Check this with runesdatabase.com

You are 100% correct. I had not completed the Dalanis Sewer pipe quest. I can't believe it's not broken! Morrok has been in Dalanis just next to the auction house for a month. All the while, I have been completing Toni quests up through Limo thinking that I hadn't missed anything! But as soon as i entered Dalanis sewer and popped open the map, there was a friendly orange exclamation point waiting for me at the broken pipe.

Aha! Glad we could get it worked and figured out for you!

The Morrok Questline will go all the way up through Limo and it's pretty straight forward, you shouldn't really get lost. There is one instance where you have to pay attention in Northern Janost Forest, where he sort of disappears without really letting you know where he's going. After several events in Rh'aka Village he runs up to the Hidden Laboratory in the north of the zone. A few quests after entering Limo (I think there's maybe 7-10 (?) quests for Morrok in Limo Desert), the two lines relating to Toni and Morrok will merge and you'll find the entire group up near Shattered Hand Research Camp (If you've been paying attention to the story, you'll find out why and it becomes sort of interesting from here until early Rorazan!) as vfwiffo had mentioned above. This is where the questline gets named "Magical Reconstruction", so if your quests start appearing on that line, you know you're on the right track!
