Looking for an item... Need information on it's whereabouts

Does anyone know the whereabouts of this item http://www.runesdatabase.com/item/225418/glorious ? I have been trying to find it through Wowmap instances and the different drop listings for boss/elite mobs around level 20, but i am fresh out of ideas. Does anyone know if this item even exists in the game? Would be cool to know if anyone else knows :3

I find that necklaces don't show up well on the character. Maybe you will have better luck.

From looking at its stats, purple makes it rare, purple boe indicates crafted, level 20 indicates windwill/forsaken abbey, arcane chamber of sakthur. However, the stat, a seclusion V, is usually found in the 35-50 range for level requirements. So I suggest checking the spirit of tempest heights loot tables, and also checking older databases from previous versions of some addons like dungeon loot, stat rating, or item preview from the curseforge. It may be an item that just was never fully available in game. Hopefully that helps.
