Are the 5th anniversary gashas permanently on sale?

The announcements only says they'll be on sale from the "March 11, 2014" and does not give any date for which the sale will end. So, are they perm in the IS now?

They are available for 20 days, until March 31st, 2014.

Look at the bottom of the tooltip when you mouse over 1 in the IS....it says Remaining: xx xx xx All sales have that.
