It is SO exploiting lol. If multiple accounts to get dias from Cedric was exploiting, and multiple accounts to buy things from Owenstein from exploiting, this is exploiting. Will they do anything about it? Doubtful, but it is definitely an exploit. That was NOT the intended purpose of the minigame lol.

Using alts for storage is also exploiting. You are given only so much free space per character, yet you are blatantly creating characters in order to get that free bank and backpack space that you intend to use for your main.

I say when you are making alts to get those freebies like space, and use them for your main, you are cheater. GF, please delete all storage alts. For that matter, would not be bad idea to get all the toons that were created to bypass "one legendary-level crafting skill per character" and remove them as well.

Is it also an exploit to have a main character with 500M (or more) gold, along with four "bank alts" each having 500M (or more) gold, that can be swapped or mailed back and forth to each other? Apparently not, since there seem to be a LOT of players who do precisely that.

To the best of my knowledge, GF has not placed a limit on the number of accounts that any given player can create or control. It used to be that you could have five (5) accounts tied to a single email address. But that was changed last year. Now, you can have only one (1) game account per email address.

If you, or anyone else, wants to create and manage 25 different email accounts and then create 25 different game accounts, go right on ahead so far as I'm concerned. Have fun spending most of your day managing all those game accounts. You (or whomever) will also have to spend the money (and diamonds) to unbind gear to be enhanced to +20. That means buying ABLs (with diamonds, whether purchased directly or gotten via "gifting" from someone else), mailing that gear between as many as the remaining 24 toons that have +20 gems, then mailing that gear back to the main toon. And that's after running those toons through the Gardens to get the +20 gems.

Not to mention having already enhanced the gear to +16 in the first damned place. Lather, rinse, repeat for each piece of gear needed to be enhanced to +20.

Yeah, that sounds like a really PRODUCTIVE day.

Kindly provide proof that some moron on Palenque has 25 accounts and is doing what you're suggesting. Put up or shut up.

The Advent Calendar exploit involved forum accounts, not game accounts. You're allowed to have ONE (1) forum account. All other FORUM accounts must be deactivated (requires a Support ticket). But you can have all the GAME accounts you wish.

Cedric was removed, why? Because people created and used too many accounts to exploit it and get too many dias. Owenstein has stopped giving anything away, why? Because people created and used new accounts to exploit it for free item shop items. This is literally the exact same thing.

GF has said several times in the past that if you're doing something that was obviously not the intent of the developer to gain an advantage in the game, especially it seems when that advantage includes item shop items, it's an exploit. Is it the only one? Of course it's not. RoM is full of exploits that nobody including gameforge appears to care about. ToSh honor party, bypassing 100M limit, hell even gifting diamonds for gold wasn't ever technically sanctioned by the publishers. That doesn't make them not an exploit.

People ARE making alts on ten or more accounts to run them through this ridiculous garden minigame. Is it a productive use of time? Apparently it is to them. There's already several people with +18 or +19 gear. They obviously feel it's worth it. Suppose there's not much else to do until siege once minigames and dailies are done.

Like malignatus said there so many exploit that we the players are not aware of even Runewaker and Gameforge but after all wich game do not have exploits ? Its the player who choose if he gonna abuse it or report to support but most of them never do it untill some one abuse it so much that it brings attention on the players base anto reachs Gameforge to patch it but there many left to be patched

ONE HUGE difference Borella. Gameforge is making dia off of Jade keys. They are being bought by the hundreds. Go ahead and make alts. They will need keys to open those chests. Game forge wins. All of those pet charms, and other items are worthless cause they are all bound.

Yes GF is making diamonds off of jade keys. These are the ones that I DONT think are really exploiting it though. I have 12 level 84+ characters that I run it on every day. I do it more for the pet charms/talent charms/etc for each character. I DONT run through my army of Dwarfs that I use for p tokens... why.. cause I am too lazy. Doesn't matter if they are almost all level 60 lol.

For 1, yes I think there shoulda been a level limit on this. Might as well release +20 gems for diamonds, cause with this event there are those exploiting it to get things you CANT buy in the IS. I do see the problem here.

Like Borella was saying, since Cedric with multiple accounts was exploiting, than this is. Taking money out of GF's hands by running 100 level 1s through the games gets them IS items for free.... and non IS items also.

Personally I don't care, I have a few items which I have +17ed and a good amount of extra gems.

I would like to think this is the only time they will be obtainable, but as it is going... they might as well release them to the IS... Just because some are taking advantage of it. If you want to alienate your paying playerbase.. offering something that someone with nothing else better to do all day then run new chars through this to get items people cant buy.... you know people with jobs. Your paying playerbase.

I would normally be all for multiple chars means multiple runs but at some point it becomes.... Gold Seller Exploitable. Which we know how much that helps the whole community.

I again have to say I stand with Borella on this 100%, maybe for different reasons, but that doesn't matter.
