Is the game dead? I am looking for a mmo that i can raid and do dungeons and ect will this be a good game for me?

There are two classes of servers on US side.

1) Reni
2) Servers that wished they were Reni.

Pick carefully
-- Rustyx --- 92R / 92S / 92M on Reni (Guild KnightShift). Yes, running the new FOTM R/M, cause I am not elf enough to be WD/S.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.

Reni tisn't. They jus haver more trolls on the forums. Put it this way:
1. Pick a server where players play.
2. Pick a server where players hang out on forums.

Choose wisely.

Honestly, yer done should roller a toon on a few servers, see iffn yer doth meeter up wit ppl yer liketh. Then play there.

Flip a coin, pick between arti and reni. Seems like more guild diversity on arti, more balanced econ on reni.

You have 7 servers to choose from on US side.

1 is PvP and 1 is ES. If we ignore those 2, we have 5 remaining. Either way, create a character on each server and play for about 1 or 2 hours, watching the World Chat shouts.
See which server seems the friendliest.

Alternatively, ask here on the forum and watch everyone say their server is best. :)

For a new player i would pick Artemis because it's a lot more awesome and there so many players who would offer their help while questing on low level zone choose Artemis for the win. Look what happens to Reni at nights :minigun: :monster: :rocketlauncher:

I'd pick artemis because of the amount of people.

Surely, there people to help you. Claims that a server is more helpful than another is pure idiocy, and we all know this. There are helpful people in every guild, on every server.

I'm disappointed that a moderator has actually said that.

It is best to just create a low level toon on each server and fool around a bit before making that decision. Remember, there are no server transfers, so if you pick wrong, you will have to start over. Or, you could just play it safe and play on Govinda the best server noone talks about because they are afraid you will try it.

If your free to play, I still think its smarter to play on Indigo. We just had a group of 6 players switch to us from Artimus because of how much cheaper it is.

All servers have good and bad points.
Reni and artemis seem more populated but there is a good number on osha too.
I have toons on all of them and i think that any server would try and help you if you needed it.

Oh but Reni is the smexiest server.
Should you decide on Reni you can whisper me or anyone from Disturbed and we will try and hhelp you find a guild or help you with some of the harder quests.

Ineriority said it best try them all before you spend any money to see which one you like.

Maybe it's bias, but I am happy I chose Indigo. The world pvp can be really fun and the people are really great and helpful. Deadly has become a home for me, and it's because people like Mrpushpop here are so frickin cool. Maybe we don't have the biggest population, but we certainly have enough and are capable or clearing content. Seriously tho, Indigo is easily one of the cheapest servers. Which is quite refreshing in a game like this.
