Gear vendors in Wailing Fjord

Has anyone found the T5 vendors in Wailing Fjord? I ran across the main town a few times and didn't see them anywhere.

white belts? from snoop, walk towards the AH/mailbox. there is the light armor vendor just a little further past them.

If the above directions do not work press backspace and world search for Didide Spiderfoot (be careful it is case sensitive).
