Unable to LOGIN with my NEWLY-created account! :-((

*(Yes, I've verified my account AND received the "Welcome to Runes of Magic!" email that confirms my account verification)

Hello. I've just come back after being away for a few years and am having some issues.

1) Cannot login with my newly-created account. Yes, I am able to log into the website with my username/password and check my profile and all that, I simply cannot log into the game for some reason. Is the login server down?

2) I am attempting to recover my old accounts, which have apparently been suspended for some reason. Any advice on doing so with Support from someone who has been through this? And no, my account was NOT suspended whenever I had stopped playing, so I am thoroughly perplexed as to the reason for this.

Ultimately, I just wanna recover my old characters, one or two in particular, and have fun with you guys again. Help, please? :S

Sounds like you may have your game client region settings set for Europe or Australia rather than USA ?

Yes, it was! I was also able to log into my old main account, after correcting the Region value, which I thought had been suspended!
Only now, I cannot yet use the account due to my having completely forgotten my password!! Knowing me, it was something random and relevant, at the time, which now haunts me mercilessly. :censored: :censored: :censored:
