spring event reward - bag to collect leaves

does anyone know where these leaves are? how many do you need? where do you turn them in? and what kind of prize do you get?

You get the leaves by climbing up a ladder on this huge tree right behind Logar's auction house, in Howling Mountains. You need to get an empty bag by deliverying stolen rainbow eggs and then climb that tree; once you get there all you have to do is click the leaves and your bag will be filled!
