Monster Compendium

Can someone tell me the purpose of these cards? Are they just to be collected or do they have some type of use? I've picked up 2 so far, right clicked them and loaded them, but not sure what you do, if anything, after that. :wacko:

well, if u read the card u will notice all cards carry a kind of attribute, i.e. +1 stamina, +1 intelligence or +1 defense. all this will be added to your total attribute. press c, u will see yr total attributes. the more u collect the better u are. also, some card are rare and can sell at good price in AH. take out a card and put in AH u an see the price history.

I did read the cards. Just didn't know that I got the attributes added to my stats immediately. Thank you for clearing that up for me. 8o

Yes, cards are very beneficial as it is a permanent increase to your stat(s) immediately after using them.

If you know you're going to be only a magic user, such as Mage or Warlock, you may want to hang on and add all the Int/Stam/Def cards and perhaps consider selling the others you get for some extra cash.

Likewise, if you know you're going to only be a physical attacker, you may take all the Int/Wis stats and dump them off for the magic users in the AH for that extra cash.

Or, you can keep them all for yourself, it's of course your choice.
