UI Scale

Not an important question but it has been bugging me. Is there a way to set UI scale in a file using an exact number? I'm thinking I'll have to reset this with the sliding bar but if not, I'd love to know how. I'm using Windows 7.

I tried using the ui scale in the launcher settings but it changes once the game opens.
