I believe it increases your chance to dodge (don't hold me on that, it could be parry or something else).
Cammo (82 M/82 W/82 R) 116,147 unbuffed Matk :D (95k pa - r/m)

Cammo is correct, it does increase chance of dodge by small amount (dont know exact number but it is something worthwhile leveling if you are tank especially)

You sure about that? I thought dodge increased the chance to dodge and went up against pacc. And that the defense skill increased the chance for miss which went up against weapon skill lv.

It would be nice if Gameforge could post the actual stuff that the skills do, without having us to guess what does what etc. Maybe Gameforge can get us a chart or a exact amount for each of them if leveled etc. tyvm, i would really want to know

Well my post was for Gameforge or for GM's to respond, unless you work for Gameforge or are a GM this should have concerned you. People are trying to get help here on a issue that has been bothering a lot of players over the years. Try to be constructive to help the game and the community instead of making lame comments on everyone of my posts, ya i know schools out so this is what we get.

This statement pretty much nails the point straight home.

Runewaker has this information. We've requested this information, it hasn't been passed onto us. That's unfortunately the best answer we can offer.
