Well, I would have to say, if you are suspended 7 days, then 7 days. If you were suspended 30 days, then 30. If it was a perma ban, then it depends on which GM has a heart..
Well i was suspended on a day when almost all accounts (update) got suspended , and after 8 months i downloaded the game again .to check if my account got unsuspended. i already asked support they asked what i remember/know about my account i answered and after that support dont answer me. already 2 days waited and still no answer.

A new patch is coming out tonight, so in all likelihood the response time for tickets will be a bit behind this week. And just in general the tickets can take 3-4 days depending on the recency/complications of it. Or in other words, be patient =/
