Store Gold?

Is there a way to store gold so it isn't in my inventory all the time?

not any "bank" that i know of...but just curious, why would you want this?

you can mail it to "mule alts" if you really want though...then it would just be on another char...

Because having a bank to keep my gold so I don't spend it all would be great.

that is as close as you are going to get. Mail it to a mule on your account, then you wont spend it as quickly if you have to log it on to mail the gold, or then run to the AH.....

That is all you are going to get though.

Would be cool to have a place to put the gold in and make 2% APR on your gold though lol.

Ah, thank you. I thought the other poster was telling me to mail my gold to one of their characters, hence why I was kinda snippy with them. I've never heard them called mule alts.

@Cike Sorry about being rude, I didn't know what mule alts were until now. I've been scammed on another game so I'm kinda defensive when told to mail something.

NP at all, I apologize for being unclear. that being said, if you want to "invest", just buy tradable IS items when they are on sale(runes, wings) then sell them after the sale ends. the price will probably have gone up. same with any sort of proof event. crafting is another great source of gold. also, farm instrument materials(fossils, jade, crystals) and sell them to lazy end gamers. makes a whole lot more money than you think. make rich, established, (lazy) friends. farm the stuff they don't want/have no time to do themselves, but are willing to pay for. there are a million ways to make fast money, even for a new player. just find a niche and fill it.

now all my rich end gamer friends on pal are gonna read this and go "wait a minute...that's the guy I buy those from..."

Gold cap isn't even that high at this point. With some orange stats selling for 80-100m and gear selling for 100M+ when it's OD... 1B really isn't that much money anymore. It's not even 10K dias at current prices.

/\ I can agree with this... Even me who doesn't sell diamonds (however I don't need to buy them for gold since I use $$), farms more than enough to have over the cap pretty much at all times and always have about 100-200 mil worth in the AH at a time. Nothing massive like oranges just a lot of shell stats/grotto mage stats and stam/def.
