Problems logging in?

So I'm a returning RoM player and when i logged into the website everything was fine. I tried logging into the game and it's saying account or password error.. so I even tried making a whole new account being extra careful of what my password was and making sure i typed it all correctly etc. I went to my email verified the account and everything. I try logging in with the new account and it still says account or password error. Am i doing something wrong? I'd appreciate it if someone has a fix to this thanks.
