Any chance I'd get my account back?

If I can't remember the username/email but I remember the character name, ISP used to register and stuff. You think I could get my account back? I remember the Email handle I used @_____.com just not the email itself. Last time I played was two years ago.

Such a question would be directed to support. You can find the link in my signature.

Let them know everything you may find relevant, character names on the account, where you played from, what email address is on the account, etc. They will ask you if they need anymore information and then go from there and hopefully get your account recovered.

I let them know one of the character names, an estimated amount of money he had on the account, that he had a mount etc. Also the ISP I used to register etc. How long would it take for a reply? I really don't want to start all over. ?(

I believe the reply time is 24-48 hours but may fluctuate depending on ticket load. Just hang tight, they'll get to your ticket ASAP.

Thanks for the help, most of the questions they asked I couldn't give a too-specific answer to because I can't remember (last time I logged in was two years ago), is there any other way to prove its me? Like match up the location registered at and my current location?
