Archived Payment Information

Hi there,

Was just wondering if someone could either let me know:
A) Where the old threads for Payment Information are? or
B) If anyone knows when they initially got rid of the ability to Login with your account information to buy diamonds.

I do know that you can now use your account information again to Login, but that would be after they implemented the 8 character password. I need to know when it was allowed before that was put into place. Just a little extra information, I am pretty sure that the 8 character password was implemented in February of this year, so it definitely has to be before that.
