I speak English, Spanish, and Lemonater but Im having trouble understanding you. Can you elaborate a bit more please? :(

On a side note, no, the crafting NPCs are still in Varanas Plaza, at least for Palenque. They should stay there until the new festival, which most likely will be available after thursday's maintenance. If you don't see them I recommend you contact a GM on IRC or submit a ticket or bug report.
