I am in Sarlo now, I am unable to complete Belathis Fortress by myself so I want to got to the next section of the game (thinks it's called Jungle of Hortek) but can not find a way thru.

I read before that in order to do it you needed to go someone called Tina (I might be mistaken) but can not find this person.

Any help would be appreciated.

To continue the questline you HAVE to do Belathis fortress or talk to the npc Tina, if GF decides to put her back in game, which isn't likely. If you can't complete Belathis, then you'll have to have someone open a portal to Wailing Fjord (the next zone after Sarlo), but doing that will cause you to miss out on a large amount of quests, and the main questline. So, basically you are required to complete Belathis (can be done on easy) to continue the questline.

You would need someone to make a portal to wailing fjord or find a group to run belathis, Tina was an npc that completed the quest for you but she was removed recently. Its worth noting that if you have a portal made to the newer zones you won't be able to follow morrok line through until you clear belathis.

What was said up above. I, myself, don't know if it isn't likely that Tina will be put back in. They have removed her and put her back in a few times, so I'll let the GMs clarify that part if they have any info on it.

you can also try to find a group to run with you and complete the said instance, we've run numerous people through there in guild or not. Not that hard to complete and fun instance also. Which server do you play on?

Not to be a jerk, but no one said you had to run it with only guild members. You may find some ppl wanting tocomplete quests on easy mode that will assist you (from other guilds).

Well tyvm for the people of Osha that have stepped forward, gratz on you to help this person. People tend to forget they can ask outside their guilds for help ;-) now you will get your quest done yeah!!! have fun

As GM's have stated time and time again, Tina is taken out because there is only a set number of NPC's they can use in events, so in some events, they need to use her. If they do that, Tina will not be able to be at Belathis completing said quests. To whomever said it isn't likely for Tina to be put back in the game, it is VERY likely she will, after the event that they currently have her in.

Edit: To keep this on topic, you can have a friend or a guild mate to port you to the next zone, however you won't be able to continue the main quest line until the Belathis quest is completed. Hope this helps, enjoy!
