Adventure packs?

Can we no longer redeem adventure packs from Zeevex rewards? I logged on to my zeevex account today and i still have 5 that were unlocked like a month ago. They still would work but I realized there is no redeem button anymore.. just a button that says contact support under where it says "redeem"

They have to be redeemed through Support - Open a ticket on Game Support with the "Problems with Voucher/Code" category and put the codes that you need redeemed in - also state the account name they should be redeemed into.

Thanks. I sent a ticket in with the codes I want redeemed. Hopefully they get around to it today or tomorrow. Gotta have those gold hammers!

They get to them pretty fast, I have been pretty happy with that service. Yes it takes longer than if you were to do it yourself, but it really isn't bad the way it is.
