Franko Pirate Guard card

I haven't targeted it heavily since it has a drop pattern like the Jalor Agent from the previous zone which did not drop a card, but has anyone dropped this card?

For card hunters, since 3 cards did not drop in last zone, with the exception of the question above, all regular mobs/pirate boss in the new zone which are suppose to drop a card, do. As for quest mobs, Hunger Spirit definitely drops.
