Back after a long absence

I decided to log in after a few years and I created a new character to get me back into the swing of things. Is there an easy way to transfer items from an old toon (money, runes, etc ..)? Is there a shared bank of some kind?

Money, runes not bound. Gear is bound, but transferable. Mounts, house, pets... nope.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.

Transfer money to another character

So how do I do it, is there a shared bank somewhere? I don't want to pay to mail it to myself if I don't have to.

You don't pay to send stuff in game mail. Just send anything not bound normally.
