Card Bonus Stats

Are the bonus stats from cards character stats or class stats? For instance...I have a rogue/mage. If I use a card with a +2 dex while the rogue is my primary, and then switch mage to primary, will I still benefit from the +2 to dex?

Character stats. As long as the card is in your compendium, no matter what class you are playing, it adds to the stats of your character.
