i keep hearing that this is over power or that is over powered...



what is under powered so I choose not to play it.

Warlocks (wl/ch debateable, wl/m good for debuffs), scouts, broken classes. You get the picture xD lol. Though, that's only regarding pve endgame content. For example, warlocks may suck in pve, but they hurt like hell in pvp.

Probably easier to ask "what is overpowered or viable" then "what is underpowered".

Viable DPS class combos for PvE (either DPS or viable for debuff/buff)
M/W, Wd/W, Wd/S, R/M, W/M, W/Wd, C/R, Wl/C (??), M/Wl (important debuff), C/P (important group buff), K/M, R/Wd (maybe??), M/Wd (for < 6 second long fights).

Probably missed some, but that should be most of them. Most other classes are meh for PvE.

PvP, quite a few more classes are viable. And if you're not doing endgame siege, being an OP combo doesn't matter anywhere near as much as PvE.

I would like to add to what Ruisen said that there are untested combos, as well. Currently I am working on leveling and gearing a ch/wl that, I believe, SHOULD be able to do comparable dps to a ch/r.

Wardens would have a relatively easy fix... Just give /M /R and /D a damage boost comparable to WD/W Feral Leader (+50%) or Wd/S Morale Boost + Secret Agreement (+35% and rising). Right now, the gap between the two OP Wardens is just too big to justify playing the other 3.

WD/R>WD/S by a mile. WD/S good for damage buff, for dpsing that class sucks.

I've played WD/R in Pom and I can almost keep up with FOTM combos. Each boss I did around 30-35kk damage and 3-4kk dps.

Fix WD/R elites and it will be really pro class to play at endgame.

The gap between them would be lessened, but then the gap between the majority of the other classes is even bigger.

Everyone can be brought up to their level I guess, bosses just need to be adjusted accordingly.

/m have only 3 good combos: r/m, w/m, k/m rest of the combos are dead content :P
/wd provides bigger variety of good combos: m/wd,d/wd,w/wd,r/wd,s/wd.

I'm not seeing anything on here about wd/d? wd/d is the same as k/m and w/m unless they've nerfed it since I've been gone?

for me for rogues r/m and r/wd are pretty strong r/s is still great in pvp..

mages m/w and m/wd m/wl for support

wardens : wd/w follwoed by wd/s and don't forget about wd/r or wd/m a lot of people overlook this insane OP pet damage... not exaggerating try it out.


Champs, I feel like ch/r is the best dps ch/p is a good supporting class.

warlocks wl/m for debuff and wl/ch for dps

Knight.. k/m is pretty strong.. and k/s is pretty strong.. chains oflight hax!

Scouts... Scouts are mainly used for support now... so s/w s/wd and s/p are all pretty good support classes. and for debuffs

warriors... I feel jsut w/wd is any good atm..

HEALERS- is that even A class?

druids: d/s and d/w and d/wd seem the most logical. although d/m gives a nice hp buff ;)

Priests: are those healers anymore? any priest class can heal just fine if you're skilled. but P/K is probably the best. Only downfall is group heal can only heal 6 people. So you'd think p/s is more reasonable... with curing shot? this hits some players at random... I don't recall how many it hits. Downfall is it can heal pets and such too.. which makes it almost useless as well =\

p/w hits like a truck in pvp. the infamous battlemonk. Most people are like omgwtf just hit mee? he hit me for 300k?!? how!? hax.

You only listed combos for Champs that people use, even though I've never seen someone try out each class combo for it (for example, ch/wl may come close to ch/r in terms of dps, as they have similar stat boosts when fully buffed in same gear, but a ch/wl would get more pdmg than ch/r and would still have similar attack speed). Ch/wl also gas a lot more survivability than ch/r due to a 49.2% total self heal whenever it's below 65% hp.

For priests you forgot about p/wl, one of the most OP priests (especially if they know of a certain bug, can't expand on what the bug is, but it's very OP), as well as for getting about p/r which has the fastest cast speed of all the priests And can still heal well while providing a nice matk boost.

You mentioned a nice hp boost from d/m, but you forgot to mention a wl/p's amazing hp and hreceived healing party buff. It also can provide 10% int/wis to any number of people when using regenerate on them, making it a viable healer. It also hits like a truck in pvp when in mage gear. (Psychic Arrows hits a lot harder than a flame from an equally geared mage, imo, and it also has a ton of instants).

Wl/r can reduce enemy resistances by over 1k, as well as transfer aggro from people around while still doing damage.

You also forgot about k/w with its amazing debuff.

It also depends on what role you want to play in the game, as well. A class may be better suited for a role that you do not want to play, thus skewing it's ability to function in the role you desire. It also depends on if you're planning on mid-game pve, endgame pve, or pvp. All have their advantages and disadvantages, their strengths and their weaknesses, and places where they perform best. In mid-game pve, most classes are usable. Endgame narrows that down to the viable and amazing combos.

They already know of it :P and it has to do with the other side. And is a class transferable bug. We're not allowed to talk about bugs and explain how to create them outside of pm, though. Unless it's a permanent changed bug. Such as ch/wl elite Psychic Forge reducing the patk % increase given from Forge without saying it modifies that.

Would you like to try again? Kindly do not misrepresent us this badly. We have an entire forums section for bugs. Exploits and hacks are a no-no. Breaking the game intentionally for the purpose of gaining an advantage is one of the things we hunt, after all.

So, I can explain the wl/p bug in detail, how to activate it and how it's class transferable when Grimthar has already reported the bug? It's unavoidable on wl/p, but other classes it isnt.
