My account wont work in the game

it lets me log into the website but wont let me log into the game any reason why? my user is <censored for security>

It is most likely caused by a region error, assuming this is a fresh install. The RoM client defaults to the ENEU region and language settings upon the first time opening it. To fix this, on the RoM client that opens after opening RoM through the Gameforge Live client, in the bottom left hand corner, there will be a circular "Play" Button, and then two rectangular buttons along the bottom edge. The first says "Configuration" while the second says "Region/Language." You will need to click the "Region/Language" button, and select the US region and either English or Spanish as your client language.
