Runes of Magic US / AU

Back when the 60 elites first came out, it was mentioned that if you were missing any of the lower (15-50) elites you would learn them automatically when you got the 60. It wasn't that big a deal back then since we were limited to 3 classes. But now with the class expansion ticket, doing bag quest 15 times for each combo is a little tedious... waiting til 60 to get them all at once doesn't sound that bad after all.

My brother tested this out a few days ago... he had no previous elites for p/k when he did the 60. He did get the 60 elite... but only the 60, not any of the others (what happens if the 60 elite is an upgrade of a previous elite?). He has no plans to play p/k or k/p so he's not too worried about it (he only did it because I asked him to test it), but I'm getting my 4th and 5th classes close to 60 now and I don't want to do bag quests 105 times.

Can anyone confirm if this is a bug? or if it was changed in the patchnotes somewhere along the way? My brother thinks maybe it's the 70 elite that will learn the rest, but he won't be leveling priest any time soon.

Thanks, just what I needed to know... guess I'll need to get to 70 before I get my elites then. Do I still need to pick up the 60, or will the 70 add that one as well?
