No diamonds

Hello!

I bought a diamonds 5 hours ago and I still haven't received them.

I logged in to a RoM web page, clicked on ''Top up diamonds''
Then i choosed a server - Isiltir(PVE)
Then clicked on amount - 24.99 euros
Then clicked on ''IDeal''
Ticked that small tekst
And then i pressed '''Buy now''

Then opened my bank and i confirmed a payment. money was gone from my bank account but in the game i still haven't received my diamonds.

When i will recive them and what is the problem for them to come to me in a time?

I always receive my diamonds nearly instantaneously, so it is a bit worrying that it's been 5 hours and you haven't, but perhaps it's the payment method. Either way, it never hurts to contact support like BB recommended if you're worried. Nobody on the forums can help you any further than that.

Diamonds usually appear within just a few moments, but can often require a relog to 'appear' ingame.

Sometimes, the purchase can take longer, especially if it's your first purchase.

If you haven't received the diamonds within 48 hours, it's best to open a payment ticket as suggested: https://billing.gameforge.com/index.php?page=start
