New Zone prerequisite?

Is there a prerequisite in order to get into the new zone? (i.e. must complete quest line). Right now, as I cross the zone line, I automatically get teleported back to previous zone......I did see, on the main map, if you click Kashaylan, it shows Chyrsalia as the connecting sub area....but if you stand in the area immediately south of Kashaylan and open up your map, it shows that you can connect to the new zone as well.

I maybe overlooking something, which is why I am asking here.

There is a quest to get into new area, from NPC near entrance. It is supposed to be activated by questline, yes.

That said, a two-seater mount driven by a friend should be able to get you across
-- Rustyx --- 92R / 92S / 92M on Reni (Guild KnightShift). Yes, running the new FOTM R/M, cause I am not elf enough to be WD/S.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.

yep Rustyx drove me in and it was awesome of him!!! but still have to do your quests in the previous zone and now i did so i am free !!!!

I just completed the questline in salioca last night. I killed Sismonds shadow turned that quest in and did the next quest. Now I still can't get to new zone (keeps teleporting me back) and I don't know why. What's next?

you need to take the quest from Haydek, will then port you to the next zone.

Please note that once you have the quest from haydek, you can run into kashaylan, but haydek needs to port you t ok start the quest line for the zone.
