Item set skill gear from Warnorken Arena

So, I've been running WA for the past 2 days trying to get the full ISS set for mage and rogue. So far, I have 3 of 4 pieces to both sets as well as most pieces for all the other sets as well. What kind of miracle does it take to get the 4th piece to drop? I've filled up about 60 bag slots with nothing but ISS gear from this instance and still don't have a full set.

One thing I'm wondering is, I can enter on easy and normal (which is where I've been getting the ISS drops), but I can't enter hardmode. Does hardmode exist? If so, do you have to attune to get in? How?

no hm sir... just have to keep trying i needed an arena cape for an agg and i swear it took 50+ runs just to get one myself friend...

If you need gear for a class you arent playing on it will drop instantly if its for current class you are inside wa with.. i swear game makes loot rules 10x worse.

Yeah, I was thinking about bringing in a couple alts of class whose gear I don't need in order to reduce the chances of that gear dropping in hopes that it would ultimately increase the chances of the gear I do need. But didn't know if I was spinning my wheels in the wrong mode of the instance. Thanks for the info. I'll keep at it.

depending on the piece you need, check the mem vendors. for the older instances (up to but not including GCH iirc), the ISS's came from normal mode sets(no HM back then except for RT), and the mem vendors sold pieces for these sets.

For wa they only sold the belts of the set. Blak codex guys are by that stone wall to the left of the AH

WA is by far the worst instance ive ever seen for set skills. Took me ages to get on every char ive ever played. Gl completing your sets.

Well, the item I need for my rogue is the Controller's Hand Guards. According to a comment in runesdatabase, it should be dropping from the 3rd boss, so at least I can speed it up a little by just doing the first 3 until I get it.

I got all my ISS skills for my secondaries priest/mage (except warrior ain't high enough level even though it was the first one I choose) before I ever finally got it for what I primarily play knight, I literally got dead last

I got the last piece I needed last night. Took about 5 runs and finally got it. So in all took about 5 hours total to get all the pieces. But in that 5 hours, I also got full mage set, priest/druid set, and knight set. Not too bad I guess.
