returning player :D

hi guys! i have some questions before downloading this game..i hope you can help me :D

1. well im from Indonesia and eager to play in this server (since ROM at my country is closed :D) is there any banned IP for Indonesia?
2. hows the population (PVE server)?
3. is there anyway to get diamond aside from buying with cash? (sorry i forgot the currency for buy cash item :D i think its diamond if im not mistaken)
4. is it possible to do end game dungeon without spending any cash?
5. is there any significant change from the old ROM to the current ROM? (i mean from the last time i play, when the cap still level 50, until now xD)
6. any advice for newbie like me?:D

1) Preety sure all the IP blocks were removed.
2) Population is less then a few years ago but servers are still active
3) You can buy diamonds from other players through the gift function
4) You can do endgame without spending anything, but you either invest time or cash, or both. Will ofc take you longer as f2p however
5) Rom has changed ALOT since 50 cap
6) Get to level cap first when you come back.
